这间店里共请了 10 名聋哑员工和咖啡师，当中也包括了值班的经理！他们每一位都是经过专业培训，相信他们甚至能比普通的 Starbucks 员工做得更好！

这间「无声」Starbucks 的宗旨是希望大家不要戴着有色眼镜看待残疾人士，应该给他们更多的机会。
